We designed and built the whole Desserts to Door platform, from the first sketches to a live app on the Play Store, with the payments and deliveries that tie it together.

The challenge

Accra's dessert makers were taking orders through calls and chat messages, collecting payment by hand and arranging their own deliveries. Growth meant more missed messages, not more sales.

Our approach

We designed one connected platform: a customer app to browse and pay, a rider app for live deliveries, and dashboards for vendors and admins, all sharing the same orders in real time.

The outcome

Customers order and pay in a few taps and watch their rider on the map. Vendors manage menus and orders from one screen, and the business runs on a platform it fully owns.
