Software for landlords, developers and contractors in Ghana and across Africa that keeps tenants, payments, buyers and site costs in one place you can check from your phone, wherever you are.
Real EstateEvery month someone scrolls through chats and bank alerts to work out who has paid. A tenant swears they sent the money, nobody can find it, and the awkward calls eat the week.
Diaspora and overseas buyers paying in instalments want photos, receipts and a clear balance. When every update depends on one busy site engineer, trust drops and the next payment comes late.
Quantities are worked out by hand, cement and iron rod prices move every few weeks, and the gap only shows up once the money is already spent.
The caretaker knows which unit has the leaking roof. The accountant knows who owes what. When either of them leaves, you start again from nothing.
Ask a landlord or developer in Accra, Lagos or Nairobi how they track rent and the answer is usually WhatsApp chats, an Excel sheet someone else built and the caretaker's notebook. That holds up until you have forty units, a buyer in London paying in instalments and three sites going at once. Then money starts slipping through gaps nobody can see.
We build the systems that close those gaps: tenant records that send their own rent reminders, buyer portals that show exactly what has been paid and what has been built, and estimate tools that price a job before you commit to it. Payments are set up for the way your tenants and buyers actually pay, whether that's MoMo in Ghana, M-Pesa in Kenya or a card from abroad. We've built an estimate calculator for construction work before, so we know how much rides on getting the quantities right.
Each of these can stand alone or plug into what you already run.
Every unit, lease and payment in one record. Reminders go out by SMS and email before rent is due, and tenants pay by mobile money or card through a gateway such as Paystack or Flutterwave, straight against their account.
Buyers log in from Accra, Abuja or abroad to see their payment schedule, receipts, progress photos and documents such as indentures and Lands Commission search reports. Fewer calls asking where things stand, and fewer late instalments.
Enter plan measurements and current material and labour rates, and get quantities and costs before you quote. We shape the formulas around the way your quantity surveyor already works.
Site engineers log progress, materials received and labour from their phones, so you can see each site's spend against budget without driving out to every one of them.
A listings site that loads quickly on mobile data, shows up when buyers at home or overseas search for an area, and sends every enquiry to your sales team's WhatsApp.

The cost depends on what the system has to do, so we price it after a short scoping session with you. The main drivers are the number of properties and users, whether tenants or buyers get their own logins, the payment integrations you need, and whether a web dashboard is enough or you also need a mobile app. You get a written quote for an agreed scope before any work starts.
Yes. In Ghana we connect Paystack, which accepts mobile money from the major networks as well as cards, so a tenant pays from the link in their reminder and the payment lands against their own account. In Kenya, M-Pesa can come in through a gateway such as Flutterwave or through Safaricom's own API. Nobody has to match screenshots to bank alerts again. Gateways charge their own transaction fees, which you agree with them directly.
Yes, and we have built one before. An estimate tool takes your plan measurements and current material and labour rates and works out quantities and costs, so you quote with numbers you can defend. We set the formulas up around how your quantity surveyor already works, and your team can update prices themselves when cement or rod prices change.
Yes, moving your existing records is part of the job. We import tenant lists, leases, payment history and buyer schedules from Excel, and where records are still on paper we agree a simple format and help your team capture them. Before you switch over, we check the totals against your own figures so nothing goes missing on the way.
You do. For custom work, the code and all your tenant, buyer and financial records belong to your company, and we hand over access and documentation at launch. Because you hold tenants' ID and payment details, we store that data securely and handle it under the law that applies to you, such as Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), Nigeria's Data Protection Act 2023 or South Africa's POPIA.
Yes. We work from Accra and deliver remotely, with scoping, demos and staff training over video calls. The system is set up for your market: leases and rent in your currency, the payment methods your tenants use, and the data protection rules you answer to. Ghana is on GMT all year, so our working day overlaps with yours across West Africa, the UK and most of Europe, and with much of the East African day.
Yes, and most property businesses should. We usually start with tenants and rent collection, then add buyer portals, site reporting or a listings website once the first part is running smoothly. We plan the first version so those additions slot in without rework, and after launch we train your staff, fix what comes up and keep backups and updates running.

Matters, court dates, client documents and billing in one secure system, with reminders before every hearing.
